Hi Eric,
I enjoyed your presentation on the ecosystem as you were able to clearly organize and communicate a bunch of noise. Your ecosystem consists of four quadrants and you only really discussed the bottom two (analytics and VOC/CEM). So I was wondering if there is a part two out there? I understand the focus on CEM since tealeaf was footing the bill, but a lot of times you can go from WA to multivariat testing and solve the issue. We are working on our ecosystem and just wanted to get your opinion/insight.
Thanks,
-M

Michelle: Thanks very much for your feedback on the Web Site Measurement Ecosystem! There is a “part II” on the horizon that will discuss the testing, targeting, and personalization components of the ecosystem — I’m just trying to find the time to document that which is not easy these days. Suffice to say, measurement for measurement’s sake is a waste of time and the top two quadrants are critical to the ecosystem.

Thanks for your comment!

Hi Eric,

I look forward to seeing you again (Boston). The last time we met, was about a year ago at one of Visual Sciences user conferences.

I was unable to attend the webinar. Is it possible to get access to the presentation?

See you soon.

Joe

Joe: There is a post in the Yahoo! group that outlines where you can get the PDF, listen to the presentation, and download the white paper. Have a look at:

I look forward to seeing you again in Boston next week!
